For those of you new to the site (or anybody else!), here’s a list in no particular order of our most popular articles last month.

June’s Top 10

  1. Oils for skin care - This one was by request from Eve, who asked if I knew oils and which skin types and skincare issues they were good for. I didn’t, so I did some research and wrote this post.
  2. How to fish out something stuck behind a dresser drawer - came from a real life situation where I thought I was going to have to pry the backing off my dresser to get the object out. There are easier ways!
  3. 23 easy ways to save on your water bill - even though this one was late May, I’m including it because it got a lot more traffic in June. Title says it all.
  4. My double shower curtain and towel rod - how I made a drying rack that’s so close to my shower curtain it doesn’t seem to take up any room of its own, yet protects whatever’s drying from the shower water.
  5. What to keep handy while you’re moving - I moved in June and immediately found I could’ve been more organized. This article is what I learned.
  6. Sunday Dinner: Garlic Sesame Chicken Tenders - a recipe and instructions for making lightly sesame fried chicken with garlic soy dipping sauce and some quick, easy sides.
  7. Tips for styling naturally curly hair - it’s not as easy as you think. Thank goodness the internet can hook you up with several thousands friends eager to share what they’ve learned.
  8. Composting in an apartment? - I asked readers how to do this, and believe it or not, there are ways. Now if I could just find something to do with the compost soil.
  9. Free book templates kids can make - link to an awesome site where kids can get instructions for making all sorts of booklets.
  10. Should we separate our home and work lives? - is it a good idea to think of your job and your homelife as if they’re on two separate planets?
