  14. Still tired: improve the quality of your sleep – if you’re sleeping long enough but still feeling tired when you wake up, it’s not the quantity of sleep but the quality you need to improve. Check out these tips and links to help you do just that. See also: How to make a bedroom cozy.
  15. Stress, sleep and skin problems – beauty sleep is no myth. High stress levels and poor sleeping habits can wreak havoc on your skin.

And because the collapse of the sub-prime mortgage snafu is causing new renters to flood the apartment market, 5 tips for negotiating lower rent on a new apartment seems even more relevant than it did when I wrote it – in fact, I just re-used those tips after my monthly rent increased by $500 and I had to find a new place ASAP.
