Cranberry Coke

by Jen

I just discovered the most delicious drink treat the other night. It’s nothing revolutionary, but it’s worth sharing.

I don’t drink soda often, but once in a while it’s great for soothing an upset stomach or as a treat. I always choose the sugar-free versions – I know artificial sweeteners aren’t great for you, but that much sugar is terrible for you. Still, everything in moderation – I’m sure this tastes as good either way.

  1. Fill a glass 3/4 of the way with Coke or Pepsi, diet or regular.
  2. Fill the rest with 100% Cranberry Juice. Make sure it has no added sweetener.

This drink has all the yummy tartness and mellow berry flavor I love in a cherry coke without the cloying aftertaste that I’m not so crazy about. Even if you love cherry coke, it’s worth giving this a try. Plus, cranberry is good for you – high in Vitamin C and antioxidants.
