Don’t watch TV or the computer just before sleeping

955983_polar_bear_2.jpgMany of us spend the time right before going to sleep either watching TV or on the computer. But there’s something about the strobing images that activate your brain (even if you feel like you’re vegetating) and that’s disruptive to sleep. It’s especially bad for kids.

For about a year now, I’ve been testing this: before going to sleep, I always read for at least fifteen minutes. Or you could listen to the radio, or meditate. My quality of sleep has definitely, noticeably improved.
