		<description>Here&#039;s the lowest-tech helper imaginable:  I have a bright red accordion file  --  the kind that has a rubberized loop to keep it closed  --  that sits out in a convenient place by my desk.  Tax documents go into it as the year goes along, and especially as annual tax documents roll in piecemeal at this time of year.  When I get the last of the external statements, every paper record is right there in my cheerful red folder.  Sounds dumb, but I have found it a tremendous help.</description>
