Get email updates from any site with RSS

If you’re a blog or forum reader who’d like to get email updates from the sites you follow, there is a way – even if the site itself doesn’t offer it. Go to RssFwd and punch in the site’s URL (you don’t even need to know the feed URL). If the site has an RSS (feed), it will show you a sample email and give you the opportunity to subscribe.
