Everyone needs to consider dieting, exercising, finding a new doctor, or even determining if that pain in their ear is worth seeing a doctor about. Here are 60+ social sites and tools to help you with all aspects of your health & fitness.

This is a very exhaustive list of sites that will help you:

  • Find out how many calories, grams of fat, protein, carbs, etc., are in what you’re eating
  • Keep track of what you’re eating so you can stick to a plan
  • Figure out what that plan is!
  • Figure out an exercise plan
  • Track your exercises and overall progress.

Most of them are free.
