- Find doctors, and know whether you need to see one.
- Find out how many calories, grams of fat, protein, carbs, etc., are in what you’re eating
- Keep track of what you’re eating so you can stick to a plan
- Figure out what that plan is!
- Figure out an exercise plan
- Track your exercises and overall progress.
Most of them are free.
