How to make grapefruit marmalade

I recently heard some people on a British TV show talk about something I have never heard of because it’s not sold in the US: grapefruit marmalade!

I feel deprived! Grapefruit is one of my favorite fruits and flavors, and I love orange marmalade, so it’s almost guaranteed I would love grapefruit marmalade.

Turns out you can order it online, and I may do that. But I also found some less-than-terrifying recipes for making it yourself. Mr. Breakfast has a fairly simple recipe that falls a bit on the sweet side for me, but RecipeZaar has one that sounds just right and just as easy. EHow has a recipe that goes into detail not only on the cooking, but the canning.
