How to tell blue cheese has gone bad

by Jen

675873_cheeseQuestion: How do you tell if a moldy type of cheese like blue or gorgonzola has gone bad?

Answer: Look for different colors than the cheese had starting out.

Blue cheeses are typically white or yellowish with lots of harmless blue or green mold marbled through them. If you see brown or pink or a different shade of yellow, that’s a sign the cheese has gone off.
