Little savings trick (if you still use cash)
by Jen
Whenever you buy something in cash, pay with even dollars – no change. Whatever coins they give you, take home and stick in a jar. Do this on every purchase, and you’d be surprised how quickly you can save $100.
Of course, if all your transactions are plastic or if you need change for laundry, buses, etc., this won’t work as well.
