Make a spreadsheet to track your workouts
I came across this via LifeHacker, and it’s a great idea. My gym already provides sheets like this with pencils and a drawer to store them in. But if they didn’t, I’m afraid the one in the link wouldn’t quite work for me.
That’s okay, because you can steal the idea and make a simple Excel spreadsheet that’s customized to your routine. Record your cardio, too, or eliminate from the list any strength training machines you don’t use. Or dress it up with a quote that inspires you.
