Make your own pinhole camera

The idea of the pinhole camera has been around since at least 500 BC. The basic idea is that a tiny hole in a very thin material can focus light to produce a clear image. Believe it or not, you can actually construct a pinhole camera of your own out of simple household objects like a cereal box, printer paper, a knife or razor blade for cutting the paper, and tin foil. You build it origami-style, by downloading a PDF from the link below, printing the pages with the design, and following the instructions.

Pinhole Camera PDF Templates – click the image of the camera you want (either the big one at the top or one of the little ones below it), then on the next page click “Download this Camera” (top left) to get to the PDF.
