Making fresh pasta yourself

You can make fresh pasta with or without a machine, and it’s not as hard as you might think. It takes some time to let it dry, so you have to plan ahead. But many people feel fresh pasta has more flavor than store-bought. And you can experiment with different ingredients, which is great for creative cooks.
