‘Scuse me while I just bookmark a few things I’ve gotta try here. Feel free to check them out!

• Mini Molasses Cookies with Lemon Filling - sweet dark molasses with tart light lemon? I’m there!
• Fried Avocados with Fruit Salsa - I’ve actually had fried avacado before, and it was pretty bad. But I came away convinced it was the breading that made it all wrong. It was too tempura-ish (seriously, don’t know what they were thinking). This looks delicious, and the fruit salsa sounds like an awesome touch.
• Fish Tacos that sound both easy and awesome
