Need expert help with spyware?

If you’ve got serious spyware on your computer, and you’ve tried everything you know and haven’t had any luck, there’s a forum of volunteer experts waiting to help you at Spyware Warrior.  The instruction page guides you through using a few basic programs to clean your computer.  If that doesn’t work, you register with their forum, download a piece of freeware that scans your system, save the scan results as a text file, and post the text file in the forum so one of the experts can help you.

If you have any trouble running the scan software, there’s a guide to help you work through the problem.  They also recommend some ways to protect your computer in the future.
