Pedicures for hangnails and ingrown nails

862431_spa_If you have chronic hangnails or ingrown toenails on your feet – bad enough to hurt, but not bad enough for surgery – you might be pleasantly surprised how much a good pedicure can help. A single pedicure should fall within anyone’s budget – $12-15. While it can be an expensive habit if you go often enough to keep your toenails perfectly polished, you can limit yourself to going just when the nails are ready for a trim – probably every 2-4 weeks, depending how fast yours grow.

If even that’s too much for you, going just once is still a good idea. You can observe the tools the pedicurist uses and how they work, so maybe you can learn to do the same things at home.
