Sewing craft roundup
by Jen
There have been some great sewing projects around the internets lately. These are some of my favorites from among the ones I’ve found.
- Film in the Fridge shares a tutorial for making Reversible Rick Rack napkins. [Via Sew, Mama, Sew! - do check this link out for links to other napkin and related tutorials.]
- Sew, Mama, Sew! also has a Fat Quarter Clutch Purse tutorial that’s very cute (great shape!).
- Dioramarama shows you how to make pieced curves for quilting and other projects that use them.
- Instructables on how to sew a hooded scarf or scoodie – this is a really neat garment that’s as easy to put on as a scarf but protects you like a hood.
Bonus Links
- Pink of Perfection has a craft roundup full of good stuff.
- Another one from Instructables – a pincushion cuff you wear around your wrist. How convenient is that?
