Sewing room ergonomics

If you spend a lot of time sewing, you’re at risk for making your muscles sore from repetitive motion. You can reduce your physical stress by following a few simple ergonomic tips that don’t require you to spend a lot of money on new supplies. Most of the adjustments you need to make have to do with the height of your chair and table – you can buy bed risers on the cheap, or use books (or something similar) in a pinch.
