Sunday Dinner: Seven Seas Casserole
by Jen
Sometimes when you want a nice dinner, life isn’t cooperating and you just have to pay someone else to do the work for you. This has been one of those weekends for me.
But fear not: it’s okay to let someone else do the cooking once in a while, so it’s okay to let someone else come up with the recipe for a wonderful Sunday dinner. I found a simple yet mouthwatering recipe for a Seven Seas Casserole from RecipeCurio.
It’s a pretty simple dish featuring sea food, rice, peas, cheese and the flavors of cream of mushroom or celery soup and paprika. It doesn’t require any vegetable chopping – everything can be done straight from pre-packaged stuff. Even the “seafood” can be a simple can of tuna. And it’s got everything you need for a single-dish, convenient, quick balanced meal.
