Sunday Dinner: Easy Meatloaf and Garlic Roasted Potatoes and Zucchini
by Jen
Most of my Sunday Dinner features are meals that are both quick and easy. Today I’ve picked one that’s just easy, but well worth the little bit of time the cooking takes: meatloaf…
Meatloaf
You’ll need:
- 1 lb. hamburger, lean
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 can French onion soup
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs (or crushed saltines)
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsps salt
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- Ketchup
Mix everything together thoroughly in a large bowl, using your hands. Put the mixture into a bread loaf pan, shaping it into a loaf shape. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes. Top with ketchup.
Serve it with RazzleDazzleRecipe’s Easy-n-Fast Garlic Roasted Potatoes and Zucchini.
