Sunday Dinner: Ginger Soy Tilapia

Tilapia is a new favorite at restaurants because it’s so mild and it’s inexpensive for fish. Even people who don’t like fish often find they can tolerate tilapia just fine. And you can do almost anything with it.

Pink of Perfection has a great recipe for Ginger-Soy Tilapia, which you can serve with noodles or rice and bok choy. And it’s so quick and easy.

Sorry to be lazy and just point you to an excellent recipe instead of digging up one myself, but this one just sounded so good. And I am feeling lazy this weekend. ;)
