Super-simple no-knead homebaked bread recipes
by Jen

Get Rich Slowly has posted a recipe (plus links to several other recipes) for breads you can make at home with little or no kneading. He promises they really are easy enough for anyone to make. While they’re no healthier than store-bought bread, they’re cheaper.
Another great thing about baking your own bread is that you can control the ingredients – you won’t need any additives or preservatives. And if you’re sensitive to wheat, you can use a different flour (though you may need to do some research in case you have to adjust amounts in the recipe).
I’m not a baker myself (and I have to watch how much bread I eat because I’m on a doctor-advised low carb diet forĀ medical condition), but I may have to give this a try.
